Revel opens April 2 in Atlantic City

Revel announced that its new casino will open on April 2, about six weeks ahead of schedule. It’s a beautiful property and they’ve announced several big-name chefs to run the restaurants.
Revel has said the casino will be totally smoke free. Let’s see if a) they keep that promise and b) how it affects business.
The soft opening, with play money, is March 29 and 30, and by invitation only.

Like to know how to book a room at Revel when it opens I’m currently a big roulette player at harrahs properties in AC

I think they’re taking reservations on their website starting March 1 or thereabouts. Expect to pay big bucks at first. You may want to stay at Harrah’s on your next trip, then take a drive to Revel, get a card and give them some play and see what offers you get. It may not be much for several months if they can sell the rooms at full price.
I’ve heard that Revel will concentrate more on selling rooms and meals than comping them, but I’m sure big players will be well taken-care-of.
