It”s been a great season for free music in Atlantic City. It almost seems like something has been playing every night this summer.

Here’s one last one to round out the season.  The Rhythm & Blues Foundation is presenting a Doo-Wop show from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Gardner’s Basin. For those who don’t know, it’s at the bay end of New Hampshire Avenue.

Bands include the Soul Survivors, the Illusions and the Jewels. There are plenty of restaurants in the basin happy to meet your food needs, and I’m sure there will be a few extra vendors on hand.

The nights are getting chilly here, so bring a sweater or jacket. Rain date is Sunday.
