January 26, 2012 – The traditional gift for any five year anniversary is wood, fortunately for guests Harrah’s Chester is going a different route.  Harrah’s Chester kicks-off its star-studded weekend with big-time entertainment and open-to-the-public events aimed to reward loyal customers and guests for the last five years.

Starting on Friday, January 27th Total Rewards Members can participate in the $55,555 Hot Seat Drawings.  This one-of-kind slot promotion starts at 9am and lasts till 9pm.   At 8pm in the Harrah’s Chester lobby, the weekend takes a tasty turn, as a massive birthday cake designed to replicate the Harrah’s Chester property will be cut and distributed to the hungry crowd; additionally, a rendition of the classic “Happy Birthday” song will follow.

Also on Friday, Harrah’s Chester customers can connect with nationally renowned spiritual medium Sylvia Browne.  The world’s most famous psychic hosts a very special night-reading, beginning at 9pm at the Harrah’s Chester Ballroom, with tickets range from $35 to $65 depending on seating.

The names just keep getting bigger as legendary American singer, songwriter, and Dancing with the Stars Alumni Michael Bolton takes the Harrah’s Chester Ballroom stage on Saturday, January 28th.  The Grammy-Award Winner’s performance begins at 9pm, tickets range from $35 to $55 depending on seating.

On Sunday, the festivities will conclude with a bang, as the Race Track, and it’s more than 1,000 seats, serve as prime location for the Harrah’s Chester firework display.  The massive spectacle is sure to have attendees talking about it for the next five years.  The firework event begins at 9pm and is open to the public, so groups looking to catch all the action are urged to come early.
