Fireworks in Atlantic City
If you love fireworks, Atlantic City is the place to be. I’m not talking about City Council meetings, though the sparks fly at most of them. I’m talking about July 4 weekend.
There are two displays happening the weekend we celebrate America’s independence. Both will be done by Grucci, so you can expect a good sound-and-light show each time. The first show is Friday night, July 2, at 9:30 p.m. and is sponsored by Reosrts and the four Harrah’s properties. They’ll shoot off the fireworks from a barge in the ocean near the center of the boardwalk. It will last up to 25 minutes. Don’t look for me. I plan to be at the Blue Oyster Cult show, playing that night at the Hilton.
The second set will go off at 9:20 p.m. July 4 in the Marina district. Harrah’s and the Borgata are teaming up to get these fireworks off the ground from a bit of vacant land in the area.
Only one problem. If you don’t live in the area, plan to crash with a friend or spend beaucoup bucks for a hotel room.

I would like to request you as I have a permission if I could see fireworks on the property of either Harrah’s or Borgata’s, so I hope I would enjoy to see the fireworks. Could you give me a direction for finding the parking lot with my car in the right place. Let me know about it ! Thank you very much !

I’m not exactly sure where they will be launched from, but my best guess is the top level of the parking garage at either Harrah’s or the Borgata will be a good viewing spot. I suggest you get there early.
There is an outdoor walkway at Harrah’s outside the poker room, but I’m not sure if the fireworks will be visible from there. If you get there early enough, you can ask at the concierge desk.

Let me add to this. The Borgata says they will open their surface parking lot to people who want to watch the fireworks. It’s probably the best viewing location, but it will be crowded. The lot opens at about 6 p.m. to stake your claim on a spot.
